The Office of Academic Resources (OAR), Prince of Songkla University in conjunction with University of Missouri, Claremont Graduate University, Thailand Cyber University (TCU), PULINET (Provincial University Library Network), and other International Organizations, etc. are organizing the International Conference on "Educational Leadership, Knowledge & Technology Innovation in Cultural Diversity and Knowledge-based Society" with aims to assess the roles of leadership in knowledge-based economy in assisting communities with diverse cultures to seek cooperation, coordination, and networks in order to compete and function effectively in this age of globalization.

The conference will also provide an opportunity for participants from various government and private sectors at the regional and international levels to exchange their knowledge and experiences, to have mutual understanding, and develop new the learning environment at local and international perspectives. Professors, researchers, and practitioners in the related fields are invited to submit papers/presentations on these topics.
